Dr. Tay Jon Jon is a marketing management consultant of TST Consulting Group. He is the associate editor of Asian Institute of Knowledge Management. He obtained his PhD (hc) in Business Management (Marketing) from UK College of Holistic Training. He holds a Master of Business Administration in International Management from RMIT University, Australia, a BSc(Hon) Business Studies from University of Buckingham, UK and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK.
He is an Associate member of the Institute of Cost Accountants India, an Affiliate member of member of Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy UK, Accounting Administrator of Malaysian Association of Accounting Administrators, member of The Malaysian Economic Association, Malaysian Association of Corporate Treasurers, Malaysian Association of Risk Insurance Management, Pacific Association of Risk Insurance Management, Malaysian Association of Professional Secretaries and Administrators, Malaysian Doctorate Association (MDA Registration No. 108), Data Science Association of Malaysia and Affiliate Member of Global Association of Risk Professionals.
He has obtained substantial experience in marketing whilst attached with academic and commercial entities which included training in all aspects of marketing management, services branding and strategy. He has also finance experience in credit control and financial management with finance and trading entities.
He has more than 16 years experience in general marketing and holds training certificates from Deloitte and Australasian Education and Training Services. He provides consulting and training in graduate employable skills. Am interested in how data analytic, machine learning, ERP and CRM impact decision making at board and C-Suite levels of BtoB and BtoC companies.
